Refund & Return Policy
At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes and fragrance products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure product authenticity and safety for all customers.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The item received has a manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
Please note that all return requests are subject to verification and approval by our support team.
Reporting a Claim
To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request efficiently, we require:
- A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened.
- Clear photographs highlighting the damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be eligible for approval.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Used perfume bottles
- Products with broken or opened seals
- Discovery Sets / Sample Sets
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
Refund Process
Once your return or refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
