Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification with shipment details.

Delivery Estimates

We work with trusted courier partners to provide timely deliveries across India.

• Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Rest of India: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, remote delivery locations, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1499.

For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout. The applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email and SMS/WhatsApp. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time and stay updated on the status of your delivery until it reaches your doorstep.
